The Tempest range is a hard wearing, high quality Duct Panelling system utilising 13mm Compact Grade Laminate Panels for front panels and flash gaps. This is ideally suited for Wet areas such as Swimming Pools, Ice Rinks, and is also generally used in very high traffic environments such as Leisure Centres, Schools, Caravan Parks and other public areas. All panel edges are machine finished in order to leave an attractive profiled finish to the products. The panels are manufactured using phenolic resin; they are impervious to water and extremely resistant to sunlight, chemicals and heavy use/vandalism. . The look is completed by flash gaps which can be specified to compliment or contrast the main panel colour, allowing designers to create customised and stylish image to each project. Our Tempest IPS Panelling system is supported on a treated softwood carcass framing, which provides maximum strength while still allowing full access to services (Please Note : on supply only projects the timber frame is supplied by ‘others’). Front Panels can be specified with hidden keku clips to allow access to services or either a face fixing to the top panels to prevent access by unauthorised individuals. Tempest Range IPS Panelling is also available as a Pre-assembled unit built in our factory with pre-hung panels and then transported to site in order to minimise fitting requirements on-site. These units also come with integral plywood pattrass for additional support for sanitaryware; this allows the units to be fitted and ready for plumbing within minutes.
