The Typhoon range is a contemporary, high quality Washroom system utilising Chipboard or MDF core with HPL facings for Vanity Tops and Front Panels. The system offers a flexible, high specification solution where durability and aesthetics are of prime consideration. The vanity tops are manufactured from High Pressure Laminate over a postformed chipboard core; this gives the vanity top a smooth modern finish and ensures additional resistance to impact. The Vanity front panels are manufactured with a chipboard core and laminated with HPL on the faces of the panel, while the edges can be either postformed and laminated with HPL, or edged using a hardwearing 2mm ABS edging strip, which can be supplied to either match or contrast with the main panel colouring. The look is completed by flash gaps which can be specified to compliment or contrast the main panel colour, allowing designers to create customised and stylish image to each project. Our Typhoon Vanity Unit system is supported on a treated softwood carcass framing, which provides maximum strength while still allowing full access to services (Please Note : on supply only projects the timber frame is supplied by ‘others’). Front Panels can be specified with hidden keku clips to allow access to services or either a face fixing to the top panels to prevent access by unauthorised individuals. The vanity units are available in both full countertop and semi recessed variations with a variety of heights to suit the requirements of the users.
